In welchen Situationen beweisen wir heute Mut? Wie viel Mut brauchen wir für unsere Zukunft? Und was bedeutet es eigentlich, mutig zu sein?
In zwei intensiven Arbeitstagen haben wir uns beim achten SURPRISE FACTORS SYMPOSIUM mit den Geschichten mutiger Menschen auseinandergesetzt und versucht, Antworten auf die Frage zu finden, was Mut ausmacht und wie wir alle ein Stück mutiger werden können. Denn Mut ist essentiell für unseren Fortschritt und eine gerechtere Welt.
Genau das war der Ansporn, das Thema “Mut“ aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten. In den Gesprächen wurde klar, dass Mut etwas ist, das uns aus dem tiefsten Inneren antreibt. Die Motivation mutig zu sein, wird dabei stark von den Umständen bestimmt. Und Mut ist genau jener kritische Faktor, der den Fortbestand und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Gesellschaft sichert. Und dafür haben wir uns auch heuer wieder von internationalen Persönlichkeiten mit unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen inspirieren lassen, die uns Leitlinien für unsere zukünftige Arbeit bei ACADEMIA SUPERIOR aufgezeigt haben.

- The hero can be someone very normal, it does not necessarily have to be someone who is doing a extremely heroic thing.
- It is all about identification: we identify with a specific person, and through that person we enter a new world.
- As a filmmaker I can decide which role certain people get – whether they are always the terrorists or if they get courageous and positive characters.
- Violence is part of every society, so it should also be part of the movies. But it is about the context: do I present violence as the problem or the solution?
- There is no protocol for an action of courage.
- The only way in which being encouraged is respected nowerdays is in business.
